Pressure cook some ham
Tools
- 1 Pressure cooker
- 1 Carving board
- 1 carving knife (A larding knife works really well if the ham is still hot.)
Ingredients
- 1 ham joint
- 500 ml of cheap cider
Method:
Place a nice big ham joint into the Pressure cooker. Add 500ml of cheap cider and pressure cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once finished place the ham to cool on a Carving board. You can save the liquid to make soup.
After the cooked ham has cooled down cut it into about 20 slices for sandwiches using a carving knife.
